Fermenting Yeast Is The One That Is Used For Making Ale Type Beers

Yeast is actually a fungus. There are 1,500 different species but the most common one is the one that is used for baking and alcoholic beverages, for example beer. It is called cerevisiae. It is also used in cell research and is the most widely researches yeast.
